The current demos will expire Oct 01, 1999 NOTE: The Solaris Demos will no longer run on Solaris 2.5.1, only Solaris 2.6 or newer is supported. NOTE: The Accelerated-X demos are updated periodically to include the latest updates. These updates are NOT on the CDROMs of the corresponding products, as the CDROMs are pressed in large quantities when a release is announced. Once you purchase Accelerated-X, it is recommended that you visit our ftp site to determine which update(s) you will need (if any). Once on our ftp site (ftp://ftp.xig.com/pub/updates/accelx), select the subdirectory corresponding to the product and version you purchased, and download and consult the INDEX file to determine which update(s) you may require. Updates currently in the AX demos are D5000.001-018 Updates currently in the LX demos are L5000.001-016 All Xaccel binaries are now at version 5.0.2 What is the Accelerated-X demo? =============================== The Accelerated-X demo is a ten minute, time limited version of Accelerated-X. Once you have confirmed that Accelerated-X will support your graphics hardware, you can exit the demo at any time by pressing CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE. Alternately, after 10 minutes, the demo will exit automatically.
