About Bootmode Settings

Use the Set Server Boot Mode dialog box to set the desired behavior for the next system boot. Settings you choose override the server's OpenBoot Diagnostics diag-switch? setting immediately after the next system reset only.

setenv output-device rsc-console

Note: For Sun Enterprise 250 servers, the equivalent OpenBoot PROM commands are:

setenv input-device rsc
setenv output-device rsc
