Here you'll find the module binaries for Microsoft IIS, Apache HTTPD and Sun Java System Web Server.

isapi_redirect-1.2.28.dll is for Microsoft IIS 5 and later Web Server.
isapi_redirect-1.2.28-chunking.dll is for Microsoft IIS 5 and later Web Server with compiled chunking transfer support.
symbols.zip contain debug (.pdb) information files for all modules.
