<li>This is NOT a critical patch.  This patch adds the directive LDAPConnectionTimeout to mod_ldap.
	The directive LDAPConnectionTimeout configures a socket level timeout value for the LDAP connection.

Apply <a href="mod_ldap_timeout.patch">mod_ldap_timeout.patch</a> from this directory, then 
rebuild mod_ldap (aka. util_ldap).
